Meet Our Providers

What is an Audiologist?

Audiologists are specialists in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing and balance problems. They also assist in (re)habilitative services for patients who are d/Deaf or Hard of Hearing, including the fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and assistive listening devices.

All Audiologists at Red Maple Audiology have achieved their Doctorate in Audiology, the educational standard since 2007.

What is a Speech-Language Pathologist?

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults (ASHA). Some SLPs work directly with d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and adults for (re)habilitative services including following hearing aid and cochlear implant fittings.

At Red Maple Speech Pathology, we work directly with families and educators in multiple ways. We provide evaluations, speech therapy and auditory (re)habilitation services in-office, at local schools and daycares, and through telehealth.
